The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that when I ordered two pairs of shoes, I wasn’t informed that one was out of stock and was waiting to come from overseas; I was only told there was a delay. We really needed both pairs to get to the NHS in time to meet their deadline for building up the sole. Not being told that one pair wouldn’t arrive for a while meant we missed the chance to find another pair for the NHS on time. To make matters worse, the delivery service didn’t have a tracking system that showed when the shoes would actually arrive, and the info was in German. By the time we got the heads-up that the shoes were on their way, the house was empty, so one of my dad's carers had to keep going back and forth to check if they had arrived. In the end, it was all for nothing because they were dropped off at the house across the street and didn’t get picked up until after the New Year when my dad came back home post-Christmas.

I’m really happy to have found a place that provides a great selection for feet that require something a tad unique. A buddy of mine suggested it. Even though I don’t live close by, the staff member was super helpful in recommending various brands and styles that suited my needs. I’d surely shop here again.

I ordered the DB Phoebe shoes online from Shoemed, and I was a bit nervous since I had never purchased from them before. But I can honestly say that the shoes showed up super fast and they exceeded my expectations. These are the most comfy and best-fitting shoes I've ever owned.
